Where we are (25 Sep 2026): v0.2.0 is built and verified locally only. The stakeholder review supported the consultant’s recommendation to pursue the custom PostgreSQL/Azure ERP rather than Smartsheet; the business go/no-go remains open. Next up is Phase 1, Confirm scope (28 Sep – 2 Oct), ending at gate G1. Azure staging, real Entra sign-in, real-data migration and MYOB go-live are still ahead. [1]
